With our mountain-specific, efficient flight planning, ASO Inc. acquires comprehensive measurements across entire mountain basins with scanning lidar and imaging spectrometer.

retrievals

We use our exclusively licensed algorithms and distributed snow modeling to retrieve snow depth, snow water equivalent, and snow reflectivity/albedo to update our physical and empirical snowmelt runoff modeling.

runoff modeling

Runoff modeling constrained by ASO measurements provide extremely accurate runoff forecasting at a range of time scales.
